In jest, we had Osmonetta Beard don a tiara on the day that we discovered that the College of Nursing Phonathon had set an all-time record in donations and pledges. A total $30,484 was recorded on April 7. The Phonathon was a team effort, with students, faculty, staff and many generous donors participating. But every project needs a leader and Osmonetta Beard, Development Associate, led the charge. Donations are still being received so the $30,484 will not last long, but it was reason to celebrate on April 7. Thanks to everyone who participated.
