Provost Dr. Stephanie Gardner hosted an afternoon reception on Nov. 12 to welcome Dr. Patricia Cowan to UAMS as the new Dean of the College of Nursing. The event was well attended by College of Nursing faculty and staff and gave them a chance to visit with Dr. Cowan on a one-on-one basis.
