The UAMS Student Financial Services Office is divided into two divisions, Financial Aid Office and Bursar’s Office. The Financial Aid Office will assist you with Title IV Programs administered by the US Department of Education and the Title VII Programs administered by the US Department of Health and Human Services available to UAMS students. The Bursar’s Office is responsible for collecting tuition and fees payments along with distribution of refund checks from loans, scholarships ect. after tuition and fees have been satisfied.

BSN and RN to BSN Program
Fall & Spring Semesters
Full-time = 12+ credit hours
Part-time = 6-11 credit hours
Ineligible for Federal Financial Aid = <6 credit hours
Summer Session
Full-time = 8+ credit hours
Part-time = 6-7 credit hours
Ineligible for Federal Financial Aid = <6 credit hours
MNSc and DNP Program
Fall & Spring Semesters
Full-time = 9+ credit hours
Part-time = 5-8 credit hours
Ineligible for Federal Financial Aid <5 credit hours
Summer Session
Full-time = 5+ credit hours
Part-time = 3-4 credit hours
Ineligible for Federal Financial Aid <3 credit hours
- Students in the Post-Master’s Completion are not eligible for Financial Aid
