Individuals with a current NP certification can apply for this program, on a space-available basis. Other individuals with interest in this program, please contact the College of Nursing with your questions.
To be accepted into this program, the applicant must provide an official transcript reflecting a master’s or DNP degree in nursing from a CCNE- or NLNAC-accredited institution and a copy of the applicant’s current, unencumbered Arkansas RN License.
An individual interview and essay may also be a part of the admissions process.
Applicants who are non-degree-seeking students may take classes on a space-available basis with no guarantee that the course will apply to a degree at a later time. If post-graduate certificate program applicants are lacking core or foundational courses, they will be required to take these courses in addition to post-graduate specialty courses. A gap analysis will be completed to identify appropriate coursework.
Applicants must complete the MNSc application and indicate on the Supplemental Question section that they are seeking admission to the post-graduate certificate program.
