Bachelor of Science in Nursing Programs

We are pleased that you have chosen to consider the UAMS College of Nursing as you prepare for a nursing career. The College is one of Arkansas’ best — both for the quality of the program and the personal interest of our dedicated faculty.

The traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, located on the Little Rock campus of UAMS, is designed for students who have completed 58 semester hours of required general education courses from any accredited college or university and who wish to pursue their education to become licensed registered nurses. The accelerated BSN program, located on the Northwest Arkansas UAMS campus, is for students who already have a bachelor’s (or baccalaureate) degree or higher.
