The traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, located on the Little Rock campus of UAMS, is designed for students who have completed 58 semester hours of required general education courses from any accredited college or university and who wish to pursue their education to become licensed registered nurses. The accelerated BSN program, located on the Northwest Arkansas UAMS campus, is for students who already have a bachelor’s (or baccalaureate) degree or higher.
