Admission is once a year. Traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program (Little Rock) is fall entry only. The Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program (Fayetteville) is summer entry only.
Online applications for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program, for either traditional or accelerated programs, are typically available starting in October.
All materials must be turned in to the UAMS College of Nursing Student Services Office by March 1.
Application interviews take place from January to March.
Final decisions are mailed about six to eight weeks after the application deadline.
The Traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program begins in the fall semester — the last week of June. the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program begins in the summer semester — at the end of May or the first week of June, depending on the calendar year.
