Five UAMS College of Nursing BSN students were recent guests at the Little Rock Departmental Club meeting on October 28 at Pleasant Valley Country Club in Little Rock. The speaker was Jesse Mason (back row, second from left), Chairman of the Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission. Mr. Mason provided updated information about the airport, providing greater insight on its operations. The students are (seated, left to right) Mauri Rogers and Jenni Orahood; (standing) Joshuah Lingo, Jesse Mason, Hannah Stark and Julie Allard. The Little Rock Departmental Club is a long-time supporter of the UAMS College of Nursing and was, in fact, instrumental in its establishment over 60 years ago.
