The Case Management MNSc program echoes the College of Nursing mission and philosophy as it prepares the graduate nurse for the advanced practice role as a case manager. The theoretical framework for the program is based on the Case Management Society of America Standards of Practice for Case Managers, the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) Essentials, and the Code of Professional Conduct for Case Managers.
