We are pleased to announce that UAMS College of Nursing is offering a new free ATI TEAS prep course to help students succeed in their application process. The TEAS exam is an essential component for admission to the college, and thorough preparation is crucial for success. Approximately 40% of students need to take the TEAS more than once, highlighting the importance of being well-prepared.
To be eligible for the prep course, interested students must have completed at least 8 prerequisite courses. The course is open to applicants who are interested in both the ABSN(located in NWA) and/or BSN (Little Rock campus) programs for Fall 2024 at UAMS College of Nursing.
The prep course will take place on Friday, October 20th, from 5 pm to 9 pm, and on Saturday, October 21st, from 9 am to 4 pm. Students accepted into the course will be notified no later than October 6th. It’s important to note that while the course is free, students will be required to purchase the study material (estimated material cost $40-60).
