Practice and Leadership in Nursing Homes is authored by nurse leaders in collaboration across disciplines. The content includes a comprehensive range of topics that are relevant to quality care in nursing home. This contemporary textbook was written to prepare undergraduate nursing students for leadership in nursing homes. Dr. JoAnne Reifsnyder, Dr. Ann Kolanowski, and Dr. Jacqueline Dunbar-Jacob are the editors of Practice and Leadership in Nursing Homes. Dr. Melodee Harris from the UAMS College of Nursing co-authored the Introduction.
- Dr. Tracie Culp Harrison and Dr. Corey Nagel have been elected to national-level positions in the National Hartford Center of Gerontological Nursing Excellence. Dr. Harrison has been elected to the Nominations Committee, and Dr. Nagel is now the Legacy Affiliate Director.
