Services Offered

FOR FACULTY AND STAFF

• Facilitate check out of A/V equipment , laptops, and digital cameras for short term use.

• Creating APRs for ordering computers and Informatics peripherals, printers, and software

• Blackboard Learning System CE 4.1 (BBLS CE 4.1) training and support to faculty/staff

• Relocating and set up of computers and printers

• Tracking of CON computer inventory

• Placing help desk calls to IT for faculty and Clinical Instructor staff when technical information from Informatics is required

• Point of contact for request for shared network folders

• Assistance with installation of software supported by CON but not by IT Webmaster

• Scanning of documents/graphics for faculty /staff without scanners

• Responsible for course and faculty evaluations

• Web site design for CON web site, uploading documents to CON intranet and web, creating web based surveys

• Creation of SharePoint sites

• Creation/maintenance of CON faculty/staff email distribution list

• Creation of room request

• Consultation on technology issues in CON

• Provide repository for accreditation files

• Technical support for course material

FOR STUDENTS:

• Creation/maintenance of CON student email distribution list

• Technical support for course and faculty evaluations

• Provide information about financial resources with the CON (scholarships, grants, loans)

• Blackboard Learning System CE 4.1 (BBLS CE 4.1) technical support
