The Graduate Program is designed to prepare nurses for advanced specialty practice in advanced nursing roles and for entry into doctoral study in nursing, if desired. The College of Nursing (CON) offers eight focal areas for master’s studies in nursing: nurse practitioner programs in Adult Gerontology Acute Care or Primary Care, Family Nurse Practitioner, Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Nursing Administration, and Nursing Education. We also offer a post-masters completion program for APNs returning for another area of certification.
