Full Tuition Endowed Scholarships
The following two scholarships are awarded after personal interviews conducted by the Associate Dean of Baccalaureate Education and are not part of the named/endowed scholarship application. Students are invited to interview based on entering academic standing.
Helene Fuld Health Trust Scholarship
This scholarship pays for all tuition, fees, and books and is awarded to junior students with
high academic standing. Funding will be awarded upon
admission to the College in June of 2008.
Dean’s Excellence Award for Future Nurse
Educators
The College of Nursing has established this fund to recruit and
support a fully funded scholarship to cover tuition and fees
for the top academic student admitted to the College of Nursing for
initial summer and two academic years. The award will be given on
biennial basis. One of the requirements for application to this
award will be a commitment to pursue the PhD and devote their career
to teaching in an Arkansas School of Nursing.
Each applicant must be an outstanding student with a GPA between 3.9 and 4.0. They must demonstrate leadership through school and community service. All applicants will be interviewed by a College of Nursing associate dean and a college faculty committee. Funding will be awarded upon admission to the College in June of 2008.
