The son and daughters of Michael W. Spades, Sr., have endowed the Mike W. Spades Memorial Scholarship in memory of their father. Beginning in fall 2008, a scholarship will be awarded to a BSN nursing student at the college. The family would like for the scholarship to be open to all BSN students but with preference be given to those from Van Buren County, Arkansas.

The College is most appreciative to the Spades’ family for their generosity in endowing this scholarship.
