Your tuition and fees are due on or before May 28th at Registration.
We have NO payment plan!!!
Make your financial plans ahead of time.
RNs who plan to register for Summer 2008 classes.
All documents that must be returned by May 28, 2008:
- The enclosed fee sheet (Return ALL COPIES; a receipt will be mailed after registration.)
- The updated/signed data form (enclosed)
- Proof of current CPR, TB and Hepatitis injections
- Current RN license
- Proof of payment or payment
If these documents are not in our office by May 28, 2008, a $52.5 late fee will be assessed; and you will not be registered for classes. (A "date sheet" showing the proofs we DO have for you is enclosed; please provide a copy of all that need to be updated.) All full-time students are required to have personal health insurance.
All your registration forms and documents are due into our office by Friday, May 28, 2008. Please use the enclosed address label to mail your registration materials.
If you are eligible for the Employee/Spouse Discount, please obtain the form in your Human Resources office. Have the form signed by the appropriate persons and return it to
them for processing. It is
your responsibility to verify that the discount form has been received by us
by contacting Kristine Stump

May 18, 2008.
Any forms turned
in after May 18, 2008, will not be processed until after classes
begin. You will be charged full tuition, and the refund will not be processed until 3-4 weeks later.

locations of the mandatory orientation classes in Little Rock.
