Please read the following information very closely. 

To ensure that our MNSc  students will not be required to come to Little Rock for a formal registration, they must complete the entire early registration process, including payment of fees. 

Please be sure to read and follow each of the steps listed below:

Step 1 (May 15 - May 30, 2009)

Meet with advisor via phone, email, face-to-face, to discuss which courses you will be taking for the semester.

Step 2 (June 1 - 30, 2009)

Complete Advisor’s Form on-line.  Remember, Availability of courses will be on first-come-first-served basis.  Submission of the Advising Form does not guarantee enrollment in the selected courses. Act Early!

Master of Nursing Science Advisor's Form

Instructions for Master of Nursing Science Advisor's Form

1)  Fill in all blanks in the top section.

2)  Place a check next to the course numbers of those courses which you plan to take.

3)  Hit the Submit button to send form. (NOTE: You must complete every required field.)

4) The MNSc Advisor's Forms will be submitted to the Advisors by the Registrar for Approval.

Step 3 (June 1 - 30, 2009)

Advisor will return the MNSc Advisor's Form to the College of Nursing Registrar, Kristine Stump.  The student will be entered in courses; fees and tuition will be entered; registration packets will be mailed to the students.

Student's will be mailed registration packets the week of July 10, 2009.

Items included:

• Fee Sheet - This will show all courses in which student is enrolled and the total amount for tuition and fees.  Fees must be paid prior to the August 13, 2009 Registration Date.

• Proof Sheet - Student will be required to sign and state whether are all proofs are currently up-to-date OR missing/expired proofs are up-to-date.  If any proofs expire prior to August 30, 2008 and the proof will be unavailable by August 13, 2009, the student must attach a File Deficiency Contract.

  • Check your proofs on the check registration status.

• Documentation required by the College of Nursing which will need to be signed and dated.

  • Data Sheet - Demographic Information

  • Health Insurance Certification

  • Confidentiality Agreement (New Students Only)

Step 4 (July 10 - August 7, 2009)

Complete and sign all paperwork included in the registration packet mailed to you, make sure all missing/expired proofs are included, and return packet to the College of Nursing Registrar:
