This application is for licensed RNs only.
Send your application with an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT from EVERY school you have ever attended including nursing in a SEALED envelope from each issuing institution. Official high school transcripts are NOT required.
Completion of a Health Assessment course is required for every RN applicant as well as completion of all advanced placement requirements .
